This coffee comes from Shiviwaka co-op in Tanzania which is one of the finest African coffees. The node is sweet vanilla and coconut with a hint of honeydew melon. The sweetness continues on the palate when the vanilla aroma is joined by the flavour notes of rich chocolate and melted butter. The body is delicate and silky, while the acidity is crisp and citrus-driven.
